Assessments are video-documented and include the current conditions of all roof surfaces, B-vent, baffle, air, plumbing, and mechanical vents (dryer, stove, bathroom, and exhaust), valleys, underlay, starter, and ridge caps. This complementary video assessment of the current roof conditions allows Pacific Peaks Roofing to bring the roof to your table top for an informative consultation. The inspection will also include a Home Diagram that serves as a blueprint for the job. Since Pacific Peaks Roofing offers all solutions associated with cedar roofs, the consultation helps you understand the benefits and drawbacks of each solution, and will result in an individualised plan to execute your roofing project whether your cedar roof requires repair, restoration, replacement or conversion.
